Nancy founded Phlebotomy Education Inc. in 2000 as a State Licensed School. Since then she has offered hundreds of phlebotomy classes to both medical professionals and non-medical professionals in the art of professional blood collecting. Nancy is also a renowned guest speaker throughout the country regarding the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute standards for venipuncture and skin puncture, how to avoid a lawsuit while drawing blood as well as proper technique in avoiding pre-analytical errors for specimen collection. Nancy is also an expert – witness for phlebotomy related injuries during the specimen collection process.

Brandie completed training from Phlebotomy Education Inc. in 2001. Since then she has undergone over 300 hours of internship in the “teach the teacher” program that Phlebotomy Education Inc. offers to future phlebotomy instructors. She is a full time employee at Phlebotomy Education and instructs all over the State of Michigan when the need arises.
